You found the volunteer page — which means you're probably here because you're ready to move, act, and do on our behalf. Thank you for that.
Grace Farm is a support-based ministry. That means we exist because people and churches everywhere show up for us in two different ways. Some are senders — the ones whose giving keeps camp costs low enough that more kids can actually come. Others are doers — the ones who show up and put in the work. Every so often, someone is both. Either way, this ministry runs on people with initiative, and there's always something that needs doing.
Whatever you bring — a weekend, a specific skill, or just a willingness to help wherever needed — nothing you offer is too small to matter here. It's genuinely rewarding to watch what service produces.

Senders
You give — financially, prayerfully, or both — so camp stays affordable and more kids get to come. Your support is what makes the "doing" possible in the first place.
Doers
You show up and put in the work — setup, hospitality, hands-on help during an event, or a defined role like S.W.A.T. There's always something that needs doing, and it's rarely glamorous, but it always matters.
This program will change your life.
The Event Staff Application covers Serving, S.W.A.T., Volunteering, and "wherever needed", one form, several ways to help.
Volunteer Disclaimer
A background check and child protection training will be required for all volunteers, and are completed after your Event Staff Application has been submitted.
Once you apply, our team will follow up with next steps to complete both before you're able to serve at any Grace Farm event.
PROJECT SERVE
Bring your group. Build something that lasts.
Beyond our regular camps and events, Grace Farm always has hands-on improvement projects that a church or group can take on together over a weekend (or more) of real, visible work that leaves the property better for every camper who comes after you.
